Public BBQ Rules & Facilities
City of Tea Tree Gully has many parks with BBQs including Balmoral Reserve (Dernancourt), Ultra Reserve, Golden Fields, and Barracks Reserve. Balmoral Reserve features BBQs, tennis/netball courts, drinking fountain, shaded picnic tables and toilets.
Portable BBQs permitted subject to fire restrictions.
During Total Fire Ban days, only gas/electric BBQs are allowed.
Parks and BBQs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
For events or venue hire, contact Council.
Use the "Report it or Request it" portal to lodge and track requests 24/7.
For urgent/dangerous issues, call 1300 133 466.
